Dacons plug-ins Mailit 4 and FileFire are FileMaker 11 compatible

10 Mar 2010 -- Dacons announces that its plug-ins Mailit 4 and FileFire are compatible with FileMaker 11 immediately. Announcements about compatibility of MenuControl, ScriptFire, and Toolbar will follow shortly.

Mailit 4 and FileMaker 11
With FileMaker 11 you can send simple text emails. Only Mailit 4 brings full email functionality to FileMaker including essential email client features, rich content sending of messages and integration of POP and IMAP email receiving directly into FileMaker.

Mailit 4 comes with a detailed manual and a powerful suite of customizable sample files that demonstrate how to implement messaging and mass mail solutions using FileMaker. Mailit 4 compatibility with FileMaker 11 has been verified.

Essential Mailit 4 features for full email integration into FileMaker
Send rich text messages from FileMaker fields, Preview mode layouts and multi-pages FileMaker Layouts directly as e-mail messages (WYSIWYG). Advanced SMTP authentication and SSL supported. Integrate common email client features into FileMaker such as message priority and progress dialog. Receive and view emails including attachments and inline images directly into FileMaker via POP and IMAP. Attach any container field data types such as images and videos to your emails.
