  • How do I add a Mailit license for Linux server?

    Mailit Network licesnes with 15 users or more and Developer licenses include one Mailit server license for Windows/macOS. 


    You can add an additional Mailit server license for Linux by purchaseing the Linux add on in the "Server" license purchse section on this page or during check-out.

  • Can I buy an upgrade?

    Yes, you can upgrade any type of Mailit license you purchased previously to the same type of license of Mailit 9 for a discount.


    If you want to upgrade to another type of lience please contact us.


    Mailit 8 licenses that are puchased from June 2022 qualify for a free upgrade. Please contact us with your license information.

  • I want to upgrade my Mailit license to a different type of license of Mailit. What do I do?

    Contact us using our cross-grade form for a quotation.

  • I recently bought a Mailit 8 license. Can I get a free upgrade to Mailit 9?

    All Mailit 8 licenses purchased after 1st June 2022 quality for a free upgrade. Contact us to request your Mailit 9 license.

  • How does your reseller FastSpring handle VAT?

    Our reseller FastSpring is a United States-based seller of digital goods. EU laws require FastSpring to charge VAT Tax (sales tax) on purchases of electronically delivered products for buyers based in the European Union. FastSpring is required to charge VAT Tax at the VAT rate of the buyer’s country.

    Yes, businesses making digital purchases can be exempted from VAT Tax by providing their valid VAT ID at the time of purchase. 


    For those providing a VAT ID, no VAT Tax will be charged, and the VAT ID will be included on the invoice we provide at purchase completion.


    You can enter the EU VAT number below the published VAT rate on the FastSpring Checkout page before concluding the purchase.

  • How can I obtain an invoice after purchase?

    By default, customers receive a link to the invoice directly with the purchase confirmation from FastSpring.
