	MenuControl 2.0 Beta for Win/Mac available 16 Aug 2004 -- Dacons International announces availability of MenuControl 2.0 Beta Win/Mac. MenuControl 2.0 is a FileMaker 7/6/5 plug-in for Windows, Mac OS X and Mac Classic that gives developers total control over any menus in FileMaker. Developers can make FileMaker solutions more secure and user-friendly by creating custom menus based on scripts or modifying default FileMaker menus. MenuControl 2.0 Beta also lets developers create pop-up and contextual (right-click) menus. MenuControl gives FileMaker solutions a professional look and feel. Designing menus is made easy with the MenuComposer 2 that comes with the new MenuControl. It provides important instructions including a list of known issues and a link to a bug report form. MenuControl 2.0 is not available for purchase yet. MenuControl 2.0 Beta is a beta version. This means that some functions may contain bugs but that no further changes regarding function names or parameters are expected. Customers who buy MenuControl 1.5 on August 16th 2004 or later will receive a free upgrade to the final version of MenuControl 2.0.
