Attachments, bodies and the header can now be reset selectively between messages. Improved
parsing of incoming messages that do not indicate their character set. Improved 'UUEncode' support
for receiving. Conditional 'Quoted-Printable' now supported for sending. 'Korean' and 'Chinese' encoding
