08 May 2009 -- Dacons LLP, the producer of mail.it 3, FileFire, ScriptFire and MenuControl FileMaker plug-ins announces the immediate availability of its new webpage www.dacons.net. The new page is further improving convenience of use and offers even better service to Dacons customers and to everybody considering the integration of FileMaker plug-ins into their solution.

Main features of the new www.dacons.net
Going fare beyond a cosmetic upgrade the new website has fundamental changes in website structure and design that gives additional service and allows users to navigate the site quicker.

As part of the new support service section extensive FAQs for general, product specific and licensing questions have been added to allow users find answer to questions instantly.

In addition to the FAQs a ticket system has been introduced for any support requests. Posting support requests and checking for status is now possible directly on the website.

The purchasing experience has been further improved with the introduction of the new shopping basket feature.

Snippets on the site serve additional relevant information around the content of the current product or page.
